                              RESOLUTION NO. 21573
                
                
                 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE AWARD OF CONTRACT
                 NO. 28F(EP1), INFLUENT RELIEF PUMP STATION
                 EQUIPMENT PROCUREMENT - PUMPS, TO EAST
                 TENNESSEE CONSTRUCTION SERVICES, INC., FOR
                 THEIR LOW BID IN THE AMOUNT OF TWO HUNDRED
                 THIRTY-FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($235,000.00).
                
                
                                                    
                
                
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, that there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       award of Contract No. 28F(EP1), Influent Relief Pump Station
       Equipment Procurement - Pumps, to East Tennessee Construction
       Services, Inc., for their low bid in the amount of $235,000.00.
